Analyse and evaluate tender documents to identify risk
factors, requirement, scope of work and guarantees.
Coordinate with the Operation Manager and CEO for the
overall risk assessment and bid decision.
Ensuring fully complying with scope of work, specifications,
standard and legal guidelines.
Implement improvement in company processes in relation to
bid management.
Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors to get final prices
during tendering stage.
Enquire and coordinate with client and attend pre-tender
meetings (if necessary).
Review and finalize project cost estimation.
Prepare technical & commercial proposals as per client
request.
Prepare weekly and monthly status reports as related to
tender wins/ losses.
Keep liaison with Projects Managers for the on-site actual
execution of projects and lessons learned to be able to
prepare future competitive tenders.
Drafting, discussing, reviewing and negotiating the business
contracts.
