• Negotiating and discussing our principle regarding the market trends and directions. Also providing them with statistics necessary to increasing our market share.
• Coordinate the inward and outward shipment with our world-wide agent network.
• Responsible for all Advertising activities.
• Market intelligence - outsourcing of market information
• Monitoring performance for market size per trade.
• Sales Transactions.
• Following L/C S terms and conditions as it is.
• Contacting shipping lines and agents.
• Containers reservations and bookings, General cargo, RORO vessels.
• Demurrage supervision, guarding and landing issues.
• Handle all customhouse transactions.
• Revising all papers of shipments and generating reports on ISO basis.
• Assurances assignments and work office.
• Contacting insurance companies for shipments.
• Tracking and tracing.
• Following up all import and export shipments.
• Provide door-to-door services.
• Provide Transportation services all over Egypt.
