. Going through all production work stages schematic design, detailed design, and tender documents.
. Revising the drawings and making sure they are similar to the required thinking.
. Making full Co-ordination with different other work disciplines
(Structure, MEP, and HVAC).
. Preparing of clash test criteria, and finding out clash reports for all work disciplines.
. Coordinate to solve the problems.
and BIM Management duties as:-
. Preparing the project BIM strategy (file, links, work flow….. etc.).
. Customize the project Browser, files, work sets and family editor.
. Responsible for BIM standards and workflow preparation / implementation on assigned projects.
. Preparing of clash test criteria and Navisworks search sets, and finding out clash reports for all work disciplines.
. Stay inform on best practices for use of BIM software and support BIM technology needs.
. Making full Co-ordination with different other work disciplines
(Structure, M.E.P., and H.VAC).
. Collecting and check new families for validation / implementation.
. Coordinate to solve the problems.
. Provide internal training and orientation sessions for BIM software and handbook modules.
. Assist in preparing BIM handbook. Communicate with the BIM developers for Initiating advanced BIM tools.

. Building full detailed coordinated Revit model for different project’s levels, zones & items.
. Making full Co-ordination with different other work disciplines
(Structure, M.E.P., and H.VAC).
. Finding out Clash report using (Navisworks) program.
. Making full dimensioned complete working drawings for different project’s levels & items in specific time.
-With the following Duties: -
. Making full dimension complete working drawings (Architecture & Landscape)
. Making Co-ordination with other work disciplines (structure, MEP, & HVAC) in several projects types as required.
. Quantity Survey & preparing B.O.Q. for all work items accomplished according to (Execution drawings) as based inspection report.
. Making Design & Presentation required for projects.
. Revising the drawings and making they are similar to the required thinking.
. Observing the quality of the product (drawings, papers, documents, render etc.) and making sure from its standard of the company.
. Observing the delivery dates & Assuring the arrival of what delivered.
. Revising all what will be delivered to the clients or the contractors or the operation departments.
. Making co-ordination with other Consults and Revising what is being received from them and making sure they are similar to the required thinking.

. Preparing & Updating of the Firm's CV using Adobe Photoshop & P.P.
. Participation in Analyzing & studying of offers & bids
And as a Site Engineer for the project of renovating and developing in University Management Building - Alex. Univ. in Supervising all site activities.
in San Stefano Complex Grand Plaza Project
With the following Duties:-
. Preparation of detailed shop drawings for different parts of the project, and for different items such as: (Block work, Plaster, Ceramic &Quarry tiles, Marble flooring,
Hard scape ...etc).
. Supply the finishing and modification departments with necessary data and follow-up drawings according to the project standards.
. Preparation of detailed shop drawings for Modified Apartments due to Clients' Modifications.
. Supervising All special finishing activities such as: Block work, Plaster (Walls - Ceiling - Screed flooring), Acc, Water proofing, Paints, Ceramic tiling, Quarry tile, Sealant, Marble (Flooring - Architrave - Vanity), Gypsum board, Futic, Wood work (Parquet - Accessories), Hard scape etc. With very high quality specs.
