Advising clients throughout the sales process, closing property deals, managing client’s property portfolios.
Generating report, following up on work results, liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
Developing closely with C21 Jordan general manager/owner on opportunities of strategic developments & proposals that are geared to maximize C21 reach, revenues and market share.
Create and Implement new business models so as to create new ventures.
Develop and implement strategies for every new service, Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific team targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Build referral and lead generation network - corporate and individual levels.
Identify the training needs and trend, develop, conduct, and facilitate market training programs to improve sales techniques.
Create 21® training course facilitator / Trainer. Training Century21 Jordan sales agents the fundamentals of business and the basic needed behaviors, skills of success.
Monitor the effectiveness and quality of the training programs.
Develop the corporate brand & marketing strategy materials, managing promotions and responsible for the obligatory adaptations of century 21 international marketing materials.
Managing Century21 Jordan social media programs.
Measuring the impact of C21 Jordan overall marketing & promotions efforts.
Sales Role:
Qualifying- Interview prospective clients and follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
