Leading global business teams and IT teams remotely through all program phases from design to build phase for the new S/4 HANA system including revising and implementing the global processes of "Asset Management work stream"

Developing global SOP's as a reference to be followed by local sites
Accepting team members diversity and keep space for each team member to provide input
Setting up regular internal alignment meetings to define legacy processes (pains/gaps) and defining improvement opportunities
Sharing the ownership with team members and splitting the workload
Aligning with internal and external IT teams on the new processes considering standard S4 functionalities Training on S/4 demos to be aware of all system standard functionalities and Fiori Apps
Supporting team members whenever needed
Leading the team and sharing program updates and goals

Leading team of maintenance business champions to align on the future to be processes
Leading TPM Program in Novartis Pharma Egypt for 9 years, currently at the top level across all other Novartis sites and responsible for the coordination, training and program growth and sustainability
Set up asset care strategy with deployment of autonomous maintenance methodologies, lean manufacturing & 5S in order to improve productivity and OAE
Leading OPEX site development initiatives across site to focus on equipment optimizations and cost reduction
Development of maintenance plans using risk-based approach to select the fit for purpose maintenance type (PM, CBM, OTF, DOM, PDM)
SAP PM (Site Super user), MEI, MII and SAP MM modules and member of global LDC program
Equipment Reliability management using (failure analysis, RCA, single lesson learnt, FMECA, MTBF) & OAE tracking, daily walkthroughs, site condition to be always ready for audits
Maintenance planning and scheduling, utilization KPI’s and backlogs
Work with the maintenance team to apply digitization initiatives (maintenance paperless systems-Logbooks, E-Calibration & E-Qualification, 3D printing and augmented reality)
Keep asset maintenance processes (SOP’s) updated to be aligned with global guidelines including equipment full life cycle “early equipment management to asset de-commissioning and retirement” Maintenance Budget preparation based on cost tracking per asset including; planned maintenance, breakdowns and calibration cost and link with site PCE and ARV
Asset management KPI’s calculations, highlighting continuous improvement opportunities
Spares management, MRP implementation, inventory (ABC) analysis
Deviations handling focusing on equipment related investigation, CAPA’s, change controls
Safe maintenance environment using HSE instructions, work permits and HAZOP analysis
I am currently working as a Maintenance Planning Supervisor at "Egyptian Drilling Company’’ (EDC).
I am working with a team of planners to follow up the maintenance schedule through (EDC) rigs using CMMS programs like; (Oracle EAM, SAP and VR2000).
I am also responsible for the training of senior staff on rigs (onshore / offshore) to learn them to use the maintenance planning system by applying the predictive corrective and preventive maintenance strategy to minimize down time and cost.
I am also working on the upgrading projects of (EDC) old rigs, which include updating maintenance work instructions, attending meetings with suppliers and implementing new rigs to the maintenance planning system
From Jan 2010 to Jan 2011, I worked as a technical Purchasing engineer at EDC with below roles:
- Initiate RFQ and Negotiation
- Preparing Comparison Sheet
- Preparation of draft contract / agreement
- Follow Up Suppliers / Sub Contracts and Consultants
