Managing the production and projects processes in the Factory, by developing and monitoring the implementation of periodically production plans, and coordinating with customers to meet our scope requirements.
Technical Duties:
1. Monitoring stock levels of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials; and ensuring materials are requisitioned from purchasing at the right time to avoid shortages to complete the project and delivery on time.
2. Execute the project and make sure that our scope is clear for delivering the product on time
3. Monitoring stock levels of Semi-Finished (SFG) and Finished Goods (FG); ensuring completing the manufacturing order to enable producing the right quantity at the right time.
4. Coordinate with customer to clear the scope with him and tack approval for the base design submittal of his product.
5. Coordinating with the Production Department for verifying that sales orders received have sufficient production capacity and available resources.
6. Coordinating with procurement to verify delivery data of requested materials and the status of pending purchasing orders.
7. Managing activities of receiving all sales orders from all regions and branches, studying orders, setting priorities, and providing feed back to Sales Department on delivery date.
8. Prepare the milestones on the MS-Project program and make sure that we are in the track of productivity.
9. Coordinating with Production, Procurement Departments, and other entities to integrate and achieve sales requirements.
10. Entering the production routing into the system as per the Production Department standards.
11. Communicating with sales offices and receiving the sales Orders, studies and comparing with forecasted materials and demand management and preparing report quarterly. Start the project of using S&OP (Flexible planning) tools in SAP.
12. Prepare production budget and maintain/improve budget limitations to meet plant’s annual objectives and standards according to sales projections.
13. Prepare short and long term plans to determine the manufacturing objectives
14. Manage and monitor the operation of the finish goods warehouse to ensure continuity of production and maintain organized receiving and dispatch of finish product.
15. Coaches and trains the staff prepares on job training programs. Evaluates performance of staff and recommends promotion, additional training or termination.
16. Studying the project and make sure that we are in save area of budgets, securing the payments and saving costs to increase the net margin.
17. Support the supply chain managers to find suppliers for the raw materials to secure our manufacturing process.
18. Handle more than one project one time and coordinate to close all on time.
19. Tack care of our customer and make him satisfied for our product.
20. Collect the payment on time and secure it when we receive the order from sales department.
21. Make sure that the warrantee certificate was handed over to customer.
22. Studying the order calculation and make sure that are covering all actual cost for the project.
23. Coordinate with logistic department to secure the transportation and packing for the product of our customer on time.
Managing the Quality test in Factory and make sure that the programming was made as per the scope requirement.
Technical Duties:
1. Setting the product (FOX, RTL, Centrals) and make it ready to work at site properly as per the scope.
2. Make inspection on the product in our factory before inviting the consultant department from customer to check his product and give us a shipment release.
3. Make a commissioning test at site front of the customer and give a training to them at site.
4. Programming the software as per the customer requirement and scope at site to close the project.
5. Take an approval and acceptance letter from customer to collect our payment by giving the test reports signed by us and them.
Problem solving and trouble shooting for all the centrals and Networks of MERIDIAN system.
1. Final Primary responsibilities included network and system administration and Pc-programming, also handling the project at site for installing the product, troubleshooting & Testing with Maintenance
2. Managing the Demand for all company requirements.
3. Check the site to make sure that is ready to build our product on it with checking all the drawing with customer.
4. Managing all the materials on site before starting the installation and commissioning at site.
5. Make a service for customer at site for any maintenance work or upgrading software.
Sale communication product to customer with a good price.
1. Make the quotations and getting orders with studying the technical scope to make a win situation and get more orders from same customer.
2. Build relationships and get his satisfaction to implement other products for them.
