▪︎project includes addition new building with area of 82, 000 m2 within a total area 165500 m2 and include basement area of the ground floor of the expansion and briefing the project Piazzas 23, 000 m2
▪︎Responsibility:
▪︎To ensure that work inspections are coordinated and carried out to specified requirements.
▪︎Proactive surveillance inspection to minimize or avoid discrepancy and non-conformance
▪︎To carry out initial and follow up inspections as per the approved ITP and MOS
▪︎To ensure timely action on any comments / complaints by the Contractor / Consultant / Client and closing of Site Observation Reports / NCRs, if any
▪︎Effective coordination with the consultant related to Site inspection and documentation
▪︎Raise Site Observation reports for the activities deviated from project specifications.
▪︎Coordination with the Project department at site to close the raised NCR's and Observations
▪︎Re-check Corrected NCR’s and Observations to ensure conformance.
▪︎Preparing Snag list for finished activities and getting the work completed as per schedule.
▪︎Follow all site activities on daily basis as well as rectification of the consultant's comments till final approval of the Inspection Request.
▪︎Review all drawings RFI and MOS for all related work.
▪︎conduct audit, as one of the auditor for Project Internal Quality Audit
▪︎Provide the field construction organization with the approved Site Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP’s) Method Statement to be implemented on site
▪︎Prepare surveillance report/observation note for any conflicts occurred on site and forwarding it to QA/QC Manager & Construction Team and ensuring for its timely rectification

Project position: Jubail - Saudi Arabia
Project Description: Finishing works and Maintenance of SAUDI ARAMCO TOTAL Company (Satorp) project in Jubail
Responsibility:
Inspecting Finishing Works (Masonry, Plaster, Paintings, Marble, granite, Suspended ceiling, etc.)
Reviewing Methods of Statement, Tests reports, Material Approval, Quality plans, Safety plans and Monitoring Storage Areas.
Preparing Technical reports &Letters &Meetings to Follow the Progress of the Project.
Field work and follow-up active labor and workflow strictly in accordance with the existing schedule
Raising the daily reports to Satorp Engineer.
2nd project
Project position: Makkah - Saudi Arabia
Project Description:
The subcontractor for the construction of Towers Al-Hogoun.
The project is 2 Towers each one divided into 10 floors parking, 1 floor restaurant, 1floor service, 1 floor mosque and 19 floors residential.
Responsibility:
Supervising all Concrete Works: Formworks, Placement of Steel Reinforcement and Pouring Concrete.
Inspecting Finishing Works (Masonry, Plaster, Paintings, Marble, granite, Suspended ceiling, etc.)
Reviewing Methods of Statement, Tests reports, Material Approval, Quality plans, Safety plans and Monitoring Storage Areas.
Preparing Technical reports &Letters &Meetings to Follow the Progress of the Project.
3rd project:
Project position: Umm Al Qura University (Makkah - Saudi Arabia) .
Project Description:
Finishing works and Maintenance of Umm Al Qura University.
The project is divided into three sites ( AI Abdiah - Alzaher- Azizia)
The project cost:13 million S.R
Responsibility:
Site manager AI Abdiah .
Writing technical reports, explaining the most important problems that exist and give necessary recommendations to solve it.
Field work and follow-up active labor and workflow strictly in accordance with the existing schedule
Raising the daily reports to University Engineer
Helping project manager in making monthly bill.
4th project:
Project position: Dammam
Project Description:
The project is a camp consist of 10 residential buildings each one 4 floors
Project cost :15 million S.R
