Responsible for conducting training for high valued clients in the field of GIS. The Key Objectives to my job are:
i. Provide classroom instruction in GIS, Arc View, Arc Map, classes as assigned.
ii. Conduct invitation and onsite trainings.
iii. Create a positive learning environment for students using innovative, effective and diverse teaching methods to engage students in their own learning and enhance student success.
iiii. Utilize classroom assessment techniques to improve instruction.
v. Evaluate and document student progress; keep students apprised of progress.
vi. Assist in curriculum and program development incorporating current educational theories, research and outcomes assessment strategies. Select appropriate texts, software and supplemental materials.
vii. Work effectively with colleagues and students of various cultural (including traditional, non-traditional and international students).
viii. Meet the needs of students for consultation and advisement.
Responsible for developing an opportunity plan that is actionable and provides a clear strategy for all software and services to customers or prospects within a portfolio of targeted accounts. Works on sales towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes personal plans to develop and follow sales leads of the accounts and clients in target area. The Key Objectives to my job are:
i. Work directly with customers and prospects to position the value of GIS technology and services supported by business case development.
ii. Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
iii. Follows, meets, visits, and conducts review with all clients and sales opportunities to build, develop, and close deals as per set objectives.
iiii. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
v. Craft proposals.
vi. Pursue professional and personal development to ensure adequate knowledge of the retail industry is maintained.
vii. Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
viii. Identify and qualify opportunities; develop and drive sales strategy.
I work as a technical support engineer as well as an instructor and handling the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region by providing training to technicians, monitoring the quality issues regarding the products, and take care of service cost reduction. Also I am involved in the field operation activities by implementing new innovative service activities, improve the current practices, and monitoring service KPI’s (Key Performance Index).
The Key Objectives to my job:
