• Leading operations of creating comprehensive detailed planning schedules using Primavera P6, and MS project, tracking daily schedules while overseeing multiple projects.

• Assessed and optimized design plans for construction for United Nations facilities (7 projects).
• Applied critical path method (CPM) to project planning, reducing dependencies and shortening overall completion timeframes.
• Generated quantities surveys, cost estimating, and variation orders for various projects using United Nations in-house estimating software.
• Completed daily construction tasks while providing safe working conditions and standards, staying on budget, and meeting project deadlines.
• Determined and scheduled priorities as required to progress engineering work.
• Reviewed contractor proposals and sets of drawings prepared by firms to identify missing information, generate questions, and align budgets.
• Assessed qualifications and experience of contractors and prepared RFP packages.
• Prepared tender plans.
• Project reports on schedule milestones, budget, forecast, risks, and opportunities.
• Document controlled (letters, shop drawings, material submittals, VOs, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs).
• Prepared logs that control office transmittals.
• Supported donors throughout decision-making by providing regular constructability reviews encompassing independent, structured assessment of construction bid documents.
