Responsibilities
Classify and obtain the service staff skill level and provide them with the necessary recommendations regarding the different needs of the training materials to reach a homogeneous skill mix of the service staff
Instruct to the service staff the different technical courses using all the available training tools efficiently insuring a high degree of benefit which reflects directly to the job quality.
Prepare an apprenticeship plan which involves to lead each apprentice through the various stages of growth and development
Report to the technical manger the long term skill improvement of every service member with the suitable recommendations which helps into upgrading their skills aiming to enhance the productivity and comeback results
Prepare the annual training plan for the service staff and submit it to the technical manager for the approval.
Identify and address the training and development needs to ensure technical capability and high level of skills are achieved
Achievements
Awarded the best trainer of the year 2015 from Chrysler Egypt
Introduced 15 training courses for about 30 technicians and 12 Engineer
Prepared 12 new training materials (Arabic and English Book)
Executed a talent program for 9 new hired engineers for 5 months
Executed a fast track plan for 9 new hired technicians
