Prepare and execute the project plan.
- Monitor and control project expenditures, and properly recording it.
- Assuring Stakeholders satisfaction with requirements alignment.
- Monitoring and controlling the project deliverables.
- Managing rescores and ensuring resources availability.
- Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of goals.
Manage day-to-day activities that include supervising and monitoring the labor force and
ensuring project delivery tracking to deliver projects on schedule.
- Supervise the execution of work by construction contractors, to ensure adherence to agreed
specifications and adopted standards
- Assist the Project Management Coordinator in the development of the periodical project
progress report (weekly and monthly basis)
- Oversee and conduct handover and completion procedures between all involved parties and
ensures that the contractor completes all commitments before final sign off.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain spare parts technical specifications.
- Coordination with National Grid co. warehouses team to handover spare parts.
- Site Mobilization.
- Supervised up to 50 employees.
- Prepares detailed requisitions for equipment, materials, and subcontractors. - Prepares technical submittals, data sheets, and other construction documents.
- Ensures client criteria and scope are met by all engineering disciplines.
- Controlling petty cash. - Installation of High Voltage, Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, and Low Current systems (CCTV, Telephone, TV, Public Address, and Fire Alarm). - Good knowledge about HVAC and BMS.
- Leading and distributing tasks between teams.
- Prepares progress reports.
