• BMC Remedy Administration 2014 - now:
o Implementation of Remedy 8.1 and covering ITIL Processes (Incident, Problem, Change, release management and Asset Management)
o Implementation of ADDM agentless Tool
o Integration with SCOM, LMS, Nexthink, IP Telephony, attendance DB and HR DB)
o Build Service Catalogue for QOC IT Department and Customer Service Center.
o Build Service Catalogue for QOC Sport Event and access this catalogue through MyIT mobile application from I phone and Android devices to submit requests.
o Build Service Level Management

• BMC SDE (Service Desk Express) 2008-2014:
o The Magic v 9.8 Service desk application covers Service requests, Incidents, problems, work orders and change management. Since three years, I have upgraded the system to V10.1.
o Creating and developing Crystal reports integrated with BMC application and get very helpful reports in the business like (Daily report, pending report, KPI report, Incident Fault report and Dashboard report).
o Connecting central printer to BMC in order to receive and register alerts automatically for toners consuming and paper jams to avoid printer interruption
• Microsoft SCOM (System Center Operation Manager) 2013-now:
o Creation of Management packs, managed computers and groups.
o Customizing scheduled daily reports
o Establishing connection and integration with System Center Operation Manager (SCOM) Server to register all Servers alerts in BMC automatically.
• Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) 2010 - now:
o Acting as project manager for the upgrade project to SCCM 2012.
o Administrate the creation for applications and packages for deployment and OSD.
o Skill of WQL creation for collections.
o Troubleshooting user's problems remotely using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
• Cisco UCCX (Unified Contact Center Express)2011 -now:
o Implementing Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) upgrading project: Upgrade the system to version 8.5.
o Create our Service Desk Script, IVR, integrate with BMC Service Desk Data Base, Integrate with Exchange, and reporting.
• Cisco LMS (Lan Management System) 2010 - :
o Administering Lan Management System (LMS) by categorizing network alerts.
o Establishing a connection with BMC to register all Network devices alerts in BMC automatically.
• Cisco IP Telephony 2008-now:
o Configuring Cisco IP Telephony and wireless IP telephony using Call Manager V0.6, create lines, devices and grant permissions.
o Grant permissions to approved users to Cisco access Wireless connection.
• Active Directory and Exchange Management 2008 - now:
o Managing Users and email accounts using Active Directory and Exchange Management, create, disable, add to groups,
o Grant permissions, etc..
o Reporting by AD manager tool which assists in our healthy checkup.
Managing Black Berry Enterprise Server users licenses and activates the BIS service.
• HP Open View 2005-2008:
• Polycom Video Conference system 2007:
o Installation and configuration of Polycom Video Conference system and establishing the Conference connection using Public IP.
Qatar Olympic Committee Sport Event Participation:
• I volunteered at the Gulf Cup football 17 championship 2005, during which I contributed to the installation and support of the event's media center network.
• During the 2006 Doha Asian Games, I was recruited by the Qatar Athletics Federation as
a Results Specialist. Also I volunteered at the 9th World Conference on Sport and
Environment.
• I volunteered to Arab Games 2010-2011 in the technology venue.
• I volunteered for 24th Men’s Handball World Championship Organizing Committee 2015 as an IT Administrator.
