The project comprises more than 15 parcels including high rise towers for mixed use commercial, hotels, F&Bs and retail spaces. The basic responsibility is to design review for all modifications to match the latest standards and meeting the Client requirements. In addition, any technical issues at site to enhance the existing system and match with the new criteria.
Working as Sr. Mechanical Engineer for various hospitality, commercial and residential projects Inlcuding Radisson Blu Hotel, SEC HQ, Parcel 1.08 KAFD, Kingdom Hospital 2nd Floor extension and Royal Residences.
Responsible for HVAC, Plumbing and FF Design/Design Review and coordination.
Design and Top Supervision of HVAC Plumbing and FF works for state of art projects includes Commercial Buildings, Hotels, Banks and security, Data Centers.
