• Continuously seek new Accounts and Manage existing customers.
• Manage relationships with both customers and vendors.
• Sell and create new ideas to increase sales within an existing database.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship within the existing customer and new business development.
• Establish direct routes from Telecom carrier around the world.
• Supervise VoIP Switches, Network, SMS gateway & IVR System.
• Perform sales functions & projects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Report to CEO, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.

• Manage interconnection projects with MNOs and Wholesale clients.

• Ensure the highest level of customer services and communications.
• Maintain quality on all voice routing tables.
• Monitor bill payment/collection and fraud if any.
• Supervises the QOS for all international traffic.
• Liaise the day-to-day relationship within the existing customer.
• Interconnections and configurations of Voice Network.
• Manage the technical contract with clients and carriers.
• Pre and post sales negotiation related to technical requirements.
• Configure and maintain seven TV channels (on air software).
• Configure all aspects of Network, Systems, facilities infrastructure and IP interconnections (POP Sites, VSAT, Cisco Switches, Routers, Gateways, IPPBX, Servers, CRMs, CRMs, Monitoring systems).
