Responsibilities

Tender & Costing
- Study the tender documents and prepare submission documents
- Technical and Commercial.
- Prepare the tender costing documents and prepare a response time for the same.
- Ensure all the requirements of the tender documents are complied with and list out the non-compliance if any.
- Estimate the Tender Bond / Performance Bond and liaise with Finance Department for its arrangement as per the requirements of the tender.
- Attend the Technical Clarification meetings and Site Visits scheduled by the clients and prepare a formal response.
- Review the clauses of Contracts, involve in the Contract Negotiations, provide inputs, advice & discuss with the Commercial Manager the possible solutions to the commercial issues.
- Initiate and update Online / Offline Registration of the Company and prepare the documents, obtain relevant information for the Pre-qualification.
- Prepare Used Cars Sales Report Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly or as and when required by the management.

Procurement
- Identify the vehicle requirements based on the VPA (Vehicle Procurement Advice) received from the Sales Executives with Line Manager & Credit Control approvals.
- Coordinate with other departments to identify the needs/supplies (IT, Furniture - excluding any repair and maintenance) based on the CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) received from them.
- Obtain quotations from Suppliers.
- Get approvals for VPA/CAPEX from GM (General Manager).
- Check and verify requirement specifications and ensure that supplies would meet the best standards in terms of time, quality, cost, terms of payments and are within the budget in an efficient manner.
- Prepare Fleet Plan and estimate the procurement of fleet vehicles by vehicle grade on quarterly basis.
- Evaluate & prequalify Existing and New Suppliers and register them to appear in the Approved Vendor List.
- Prepare and maintain proper filing system for each task in accordance with the requirement of Quality Standards.

Managing Technical Office operations, Estimation, Procurement, Tendering, Quantity Surveying and Project Coordination.

Duties & Responsibilities:-
• Coordinating workflow with client, consultant, main contractor and MEP subcontractor
• Responsible for projects cost estimation for fire protection & detection systems for residential, commercial & industrial projects as per provided drawings/ documents and civil defense requirements
• Designing fire protection & detection systems for various projects according to both national and international codes & standers
• Responsible for the preparation and quality of shop drawings, as built drawings and calculations
• Responsible for pre-sales operations: (EX: QS using planswift, Producing MTO and Breakdown sheets) as per project’s specs, BOQ and code requirements
• Effectively and accurately, convey relevant project information to project team Preparing and submitting technical documents, submittals and pre-qualification for client/consultant approval
• Prepare project closeout documents by collecting warranties, O&M manuals.., etc.
• Prepare cost comparative study report to get a financial selection of vendors/subcontractors & price
• Responsible for civil defense handing over activities (Ex: attending inspections when necessary, incorporating comments and coordinating with suppliers during T&C stage)
• Reviewing local purchase orders (LPO) in order to verify accuracy, terminology and specifications

-Assessment of project drawings of buildings against the NFPA code and UAE fire and life safety code, and providing cost estimation accordingly

-Leading and executing the overall technical aspects of the project
-Responsible for the preparation and quality of shop drawings, as built drawings and calculations
-Designing firefighting and fire alarm systems for various projects (Residential, Commercial, )

Duties & Responsibilities:-
• Preparing Shop Drawings and BOQ for all systems including HVAC and Fire fighting

• Follow up the implementation and installation of MEP systems
• Pursuing Material Approval as per Specifications
• Attending Technical Meetings with Project Owners and Contractors
• Overseeing the Testing and commissioning process of Firefighting & HVAC systems

Responsible for verification and witnessing of all mechanical works in accordance with established procedures and ITP's at different stages of the project execution.

Duties & Responsibilities:-
• Reviewing submittal documents as directed by the RE and or Sr. Mechanical Engineer.
• Monitoring the mechanical works for conformance with the provisions of the Contract Documents and the Procedures manual.
• Coordinating and supervising the work of all mechanical activities.
• Assisting with the final inspection of mechanical work according to mechanical national and international references and codes of practice such as (NFPA, ASHRAE, ANSI, QCDD, and QCS).
• Performing other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
