develop, managing engineering team and create solutions to technical problems
2 Detailed process design, FEED analyses, developing PFD, P&ID’s, Piping layout including Desalination, Waste water Plant and Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) systems.
3 Preparation of design and technical document for water treatment system, Odour control facility. Prepare scrubbers and ducting in accordance with International codes and Standards.
1 Plan, organizes, controls and coordinates the project engineering and technical operations of an engineering office. Supporting Construction, Testing and commissioning / O&M Team.
2 Detailed process design, FEED analyses, developing PFD, P&ID’s, Piping layout including Desalination, Waste water Plant and Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) systems.
1 Detailed process design, developing PFD, P&ID’s, Piping lay out to Oil & Gas facilities including Oil and gas separation and gas compression, Demineralized water Plant, Condensate Polishing Plant, Desalination, and Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) systems.
2 Preparation of bill of material, technical presentation, finalizing the contractor, analyze FEED, vendor document review and coordinate with contractor scope limit and termination point finalization, internal design review and clarification, co-ordination in fabrication check.
3 Review technical specifications, data sheets and detailed GA drawings for rotating equipment like Pumps, Blowers, Compressors, Motors and Centrifuges in accordance with International codes and Standards.
4 Support to plant Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and failure analysis.
1. Detailed process design, developing PFD, P&ID’s, Piping Layout, Heat and Mass balance for produced water, Sulfite Removal, Water Re-Injection, Refinery, Demineralized Water Plant, Condensate Polishing Plant and Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) systems.
2. Selection, sizing and engineering design of equipment for produced water, Water Re-Injection, Refinery, Demineralized Water Plant, Condensate Polishing Plant, Ultra-Pure Water and Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) systems.
1 Ensure that Project(s) should be executed in accordance with contractual obligation, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements or specification.
2 Preparation of technical document for pumps, valves, motor, heat exchanger and process instruments such as pressure & flow, temperature transmitter, switches and analyzers to PCW.
1. Detailed process design, developing P&ID, Piping Layout and Equipment layout for waste water treatment plant, chemical waste treatment system and sea water desalination plant.
2. Prepare and review technical specifications, data sheets and detailed GA drawings
1. Package responsible engineering for Static and rotating equipment such as Tanks, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers.
2. Review technical specifications, data sheets and detailed GA drawings for rotating equipment like Pumps, Blowers, Compressors, Motors and Centrifuges in accordance with International codes and Standards
