• Preparing and submitting work inspection requests WIRs, material inspection requests MIRs.
• Preparing work obstacles reports, emails, and letters.

Performing project engineer duties for private villa construction project:
• Preparing project time schedule.
• Preparing a look head plan (Weekly, Monthly).
• Preparing Daily, and weekly progress reports to the management and the client.
• Coordinating between the ongoing activities on the site.
• Preparing sub-contractors executed quantities on site, and their payments.
• Manpower arrangement based on their skills.
• Preparing procurement plan, and follow up materials approvals.
• Quantity surveying.
• Studying tenders. (Specifications, contract drawings, and BOQ)

Managing Project technical Tasks:
• Shop drawings Co-ordinations & Studying & providing sections and details.
• Updating project progress.
• Contracts Studying.
• Preparing change / variation orders.
• Preparing Logs (E1& E2, Material, shop drawing, as built, procurement schedule, material submission logs)
• Preparing all letters between us and other concerned stakeholders.
• Attending meetings with concerned stake holders. (Progress, Coordination, …. Etc.)
• Reporting for progress, obstacles, and suggesting solutions.
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports for the progress and the obstacles.
• Studying and submitting letters for project items.
• Material Submissions (Sources & Comparison sheets & Samples)
• Quantity surveying.
• Cost and overhead analyzing for the project.


Managing Site Tasks:
• Submitting material inspection request for the incoming material to the site.
• Submitting the payment for the work done monthly attached to the sketches and the quantities.
• Arranging site works. (As arranging the skilled work force according to the type of work to obtain best production)
• Arranging the works as making a plan for the items, which one is ready, which one is pending, which one is stopped and need to be solved.
• Arranging updated inspection report for the work done.
(As making overall status drawings for the inspected areas, pending, and the stopped one)
