• Reviewing the structural and architectural plans and ensures that they are identical.
• Planning and analyzing all possible construction methodologies and recommend the best options for approval prior site execution.
• Plan the execution of all civil related works and coordinate with both electrical and mechanical groups.
• Making required tests for soil samples taken from replacement soil or existing soil below the foundation to check bearing soil capacity that will carry building loads.
• Checking any materials arrive to the site from bricks, concrete, sand, cement etc. to be tested first before approval.
• Carrying out technical and commercial negotiations with Subcontractors.
• Supervising installations and work progress, checking site work activities and taking necessary mitigation / corrective actions whenever required for any site progress deviation.
• Organizing the manpower and allocating the daily targets based on the set requirements.
• Checking concrete and steel reinforcement drawings to make sure that the reinforcement is properly distributed to resist the moment and shear forces.
• Estimating the cost of projects and analysis the requirements and specifications for projects

• Mobilization of resources & materials to construction site, planning of daily activities and stream line the work force towards our target & work performance data reporting.
• Studying architectural, structural and electromechanical drawings along with the specifications to avoid any conflict and using this study as a tool for budget estimation for the required works.
• Coordinating with consultants and sub-contractors in resolving the problem issues thereby ensuring smooth project progress.
• Supervising all work activities during installations of concrete and steel structure elements.
• Inspecting all works accomplished by the subcontractors to ensure that all works are completed according to the required quality and specifications.
