• Process Engineer in Lean Manufacturing Department.
- Area of Expertise
• Creation Technical Data Package (TDP) for main products containing: • Operation/Process sheet (sequence of manufacturing operations for each part)
• Routing/Tracking Card (Tracking each part in workshops while manufacturing)
• Bill of Material (BOM) & Assembly Operations sheet.
• Quality plan.
• Implementing Lean Tools/Lean KPI's;
• 6S's (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety)
• Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
• Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
• Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
