PART OF MY WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare & update the project baselines according to the approved variation orders.
• Update the project progress baseline on regular basis & provide look ahead schedules.
• Track and record the project issues and change orders.
• Provide progress reports on regular basis as required by the top management.
• Monitor & control the project schedule to maintain the project on the required track & suggest corrective actions to the management.
• Review the submitted schedules from the various sub-contractors & co-ordinate between them.
• Prepare & submit the progress & performance reports to the Royal Commission (the second owner) on monthly basis.
• Prepare the performance reports using the earned value calculations to stand on the performance.
• Coordinate between all project stakeholders to ensure smooth work & communication flow.
• Review sub-contractor’s contracts & service orders in regard of work time frame to ensure complying to the project baseline schedule.
• Review sub-contractors EOT claims to ensure its validity before approval.
1-Update the project schedule related to concrete items for concrete department for all projects in the company.
2-Estimate the required manpower for projects overall and on monthly bases for concrete work.
3-Calculate the EV & key performance indicators for concrete work in all projects.
4-Record & analyze all projects costs (direct & indirect), expenses, subcontractor invoices & productivity incentive bonus for concrete department.
5-Review manpower productivity bonus invoices in all projects to ensure proper preparation before final approval.
6-Review the monthly invoices for executed concrete quantities submitted to project managers for approval.
7-Prepare the budget & actual cost comparison report for all projects showing the (EV - CPI - CV) to present the financial status for projects (concrete work only) & the entire department.
-Execute all construction item for two residential buildings in Officer’s Housing Project in haykesteb.
-Review the shop drawing before execution.
-Ensure proper delivery for all executed items according to approved drawings and desired quality & quantity.
- Prepare invoices for sub-contractors and client.
• Baccalaureate of Civil Engineering (2011) from Faculty of Engineering Zagazig University with overall grade (Good). • Graduation project is designing of water and wastewater treatment plants and water and wastewater networks. grade (excellent).
