Job Responsibilities:

• Supervised team of 10+ technicians installing the electrical equipment of the sites.
• Designed layouts, and installed electrical systems at various construction sites.
• Scheduling work to be done for the day.
• Managing timesheets and vacation forms.
• Identifying staff training needs.
• Providing guidance to junior staff in the areas of leadership, Continuous improvement, Decision making and Conflict resolution.
• Developing relationships with external electrical suppliers.
• Covered electrical equipment with coverings to prevent any damage from the elements.
• Working with contractors to complete project on time.

• Assemble, install, and wire the electrical systems in new homes, residential and commercial buildings.
• Cut, thread, bend, assemble and install conduits, electrical conductors enclosures, and fittings, Follow blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Tested all electrical equipment to make sure it was safe, efficient and operational.
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment or fixtures using hand tools and power tools.

• Supervised team of ten (10) other engineers and electricians employees.
• Run electrical engineering intern program and also electricians intern program.
• Develop strong electrical team.
• Oversaw all areas of electrical component, system design and managed the design process start to finish.
• Leading, motivating, monitoring and overseeing a team of electronics ensure they produce quality work. Providing technical guidance regarding the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems.
• Provide technical support for client, support staff and workforce.
• Plays an active role in the developments of the safety culture of the projects, making safety a natural part of all work performed.

Completed 06 week internship program under Manager OFAN PTCL.

• Prepared sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
• Install, repair and maintain residential electrical system, including electrical wiring, main electrical service panels, distribution board, lighting fixtures etc.
• Install new wiring and repair existing wiring.
• Establishing grounding systems and connected power cables to equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment or fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
