Construction supervision of 16.9 km tunnel (Pipe jacking MTBM), shafts, and manholes.
- Supervise and monitor all construction activities to ensure quality of work according to the design and relevant technical standards.
- Responsible for producing daily shift reports, including progress, quality, safety, and instrumentation monitoring and materials in accordance with actual construction activities on site.
- Monitor contractor’s progress of works and prepare reports. Conduct inspections on shafts, and manhole construction activities such as excavation, primary support, civil & structural works, site preparations, and rebar fixing to concreting works. Advised site key personnel for any deviation observed.
- Prepare and issue Quality Site Observation Reports (SOR) and/or Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to the Contractor observed on permanent works that deviate from the approved IFC Drawings, Approved Method Statements, Approved Materials and Contract Specifications. Review and evaluate contractor’s proposals, corrective actions on the issued SOR and/or NCR.
- Carry out joint inspection with contractor based on work inspection report (WIR) submitted by contractor.
- Preparation of check sheets to ensure that all aspects done accordance to IFC drawing and method statement.
- Coordinate & liaise with contractor on all construction activities according to technical requirements.
- Ensuring quality compliance in all sites with HSE implementation on site.

Duties:
