• East Pumping Station (34.5/13.8kV Substation), Potable water Plant RO- 2, 3 & 4 (34.5/4.16kV substation),
• Industrial waste water treatment Plant-8 & 9 (34.5/13.8/4.16kV substation),
• Northwest pumping station (34.5/4.16kV substation
• 287 Lift stations (RW), 58 pumping stations (RW), 252 reclaimed water Lift stations and 31 Potable water (PW) pumping stations as well.
Below are the job responsibilities:
• Ensuring that all the work is completed as per EH&S international requirement and safe standard of work is followed.
• Hand on experience on all parts of the project from FAT, SAT, construction & installation, Pre-commissioning, commissioning & start-up as well as handover of various electrical High, Medium and Low voltage systems installed in Jubail Marafiq facilities.
• Attending RFI’s on daily basis and closely monitoring the MMCPL (Master mechanical completion punch list) and progress reporting on daily basis to the project Manager
• Reviewing SOW for replacement and retrofitting of electrical system and subsystems for CAPEX/ OPEX projects based on Marafiq 05 Years renewal plan.
• Review of Scope of Work, Tendering plan, BOQ and other associated documents with the projects related to Low, Medium and High Voltage in project pre-approval stage for CAPEX and OPEX projects.
• Recommendation for upgradation projects for automation of Old and obsolete electrical system installed in various locations
• Report to Project Manager and assisting them with individual team management, Project Gantt Chart progress, performance reviews, KPI’s, and department goals related to work as well as EH&S.
1. Attending daily meeting with Operation related to work orders where job description needing clarification.
2. Reviews work orders for technical completeness and returns to gatekeeper if not complete (Reject)
3. Carry out field check for ongoing and outstanding activities.
4. Prepare job package and input plan into SAP indicating the required resources, materials, and services.
5. When materials availability has been confirmed and the WO has been release the order, attend the job.
6. Identify task activities necessary to execute job plan.
7. Identify materials/tools/equipment required to perform tasks.
8. Identify safety information and requirements necessary to safely perform tasks.
9. Record tasks information within the work order
10. Notify other crafts of their requirement to provide input to job plan (verbal, communication sub)
11. Consider constructability and maintainability when developing plans
12. Consider material costs when selecting materials from specifications
13. Utilizes the Most Effective Technology where applicable
14. Demonstrate proficiency in use of the approved maintenance information systems (ex. maintenance work order, maintenance purchasing, maintenance planning and scheduling, specification system, etc.)
MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES:
• Switching and Racking in/out of MV Breakers Powel (4160V) & LV breakers Eaton(480V)
• Maintenance related troubleshooting, Isolation for LV control supply and power supply for AHU/ACCU/BAF/EAF & related heaters.
• Isolation of power for ACCU/AHU & TBT before performing the job
• Maintenance & troubleshooting of any abnormal electrical fault related to
• Protection and Digi-trip settings of LV MCC feeder breaker (EATON)
• Working on ACS550 Series ABB Low voltage VSD drives for motors up to 200HP.
• Monthly, Bi-annual, annual inspection & maintenance of oil filled transformers checking various parameters like transformer tank, radiator, N2 Pressure, DGA Analysis, BDV analysis, IR scanning of terminal box through IR window, Tap position etc.
• Maintenance of AEG Battery bank system and Battery charger by checking Electrolyte level, specific gravity and if required top up of electrolyte.
• Maintenance of AEG UPS system
• Maintenance of SPIR inventory forms for Ethylene oxide envelope of Sadara Complex
• Maintenance of Thermon Heat tracing system
• Maintenance of overall electrical system of the substation i.e. switchgear, main & feeder breakers, LP & PP panels, Receptacle panels, Lighting system, UPS system and related accessories(Battery charger, battery bank etc.), motors, heat tracing, transformers and all other electrical systems.
• Preparing and implementing all the requirements for ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management System) and OHSAS 18001:2007(Health and Safety Management system) in all the Operation and Maintenance activities.
• Managing overall activities pertaining to operation and maintenance of a wide range of Electrical equipment like Transformers, Generators, Motors, CCTV, Fire Alarm System, PA System, Security Infrastructure of the residential Compound.
• Supervising the functions of Reactive Maintenance, Scheduled Maintenance and planned Preventive Maintenance to ensure continuous operations and eliminate downtime.
• Performed planning for scheduled and unscheduled outages.
• Executing cost saving and energy saving measures and techniques & modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operation and Maintenance expenditures and work within the budget.
• Preparing Management Performance Review(Biannual), Key Performance Indicator(Monthly), Strategy Reviews (Yearly), Condition Surveys (Yearly), SHE Incident Reports (As they occur /other as agreed and submitting it to the client.)
• Managing a staff of 50 members of KOM in the compound.
• Preparing Corrective and preventive Action report, Monthly Management Performance report, performance evaluation, Monthly Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) reports, Reactive maintenance report.
• Maintenance of Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) and checking water quality reports for hazardous wastes and the methods to reduce hazardous wastes.
• Maintenance of RO plant for clear water.
• Preparing Standard operating procedure for all the jobs performed.
• Dealing with the Client about weekly updates, monthly updates, progress meetings, progress reports, monthly performance reports & Monthly Operation review meetings.
• Analyse and resolve problems faced by technician in carrying out job orders
• Maintenance and check of inventory and spare parts.
• Operation & maintenance performed at the Central control room (CCR) of 81 MW Hydel Power Plant through SCADA interface.
• Smooth running of turbine and checking of various parameters i.e. Temperature, frequency and power generation, voltage.
• Synchronizing frequency with national grid of National Transmission and dispatch corporation NTDC)
• Load, voltage, power factor and VAR analysis and adjusting combination of these parameters to ensure the frequency of turbines synchronize with the national grid.
• Maintaining load balance at peak hours (07:00pm to 09:30pm)
• Monitoring and recording data of 11KV-132KV step up transformers and Unit auxiliary transformers (11KV-11KV & 11KV-400V/230V) system.
• Communicate with Fore-bay water reservoir system through SCADA interface at Control Room for water level.
• To maintain Information system (Database) of Power House
• To keep official corresponding with officials of National Grid NTDC (National Transmission & Dispatching Centre).
