Responsible for Mechanical, Plumbing and Drainage, Fire Protection design, specifications and calculation.
Duties:
Prepare design drawings, calculations, specifications and B.O.Q. from Concept to Detailed for Plumbing, Firefighting and HVAC system in accordance with Codes and Standards.
Prepare Fire Fighting design and calculations for Civil Defense or Modon Approval.
Using Auto Cad to generate drawing, hydraulic calculation software for plumbing and fire protection, hourly analysis program for HVAC system.
Supervision, inspection, checking of related documents such as shop drawings and materials submittals from the Contractor.
Liaise and co-ordinate with other disciplines of the design teams both internally and externally.
Coordinate with Client, Contractors, Suppliers in resolving design issues and queries.
Responsible for preparation of Plumbing and Firefighting System Shop drawing calculations, B.O.Q. and Technical Documents submittals for Consultants approval.
Duties:
Elaboration of Plumbing& Drainage and Fire Protection layout on AutoCAD, make sure that the information contained in the drawing is complete and that the correct drafting tools are correctly applied.
Check and correct Plumbing & Drainage and Fire Protection Cad drawings prior to issue to the client.
Prepare drawings including schematic and estimate for the bill of quantities.
Prepare detailed shop drawings, transmittal sheets and documents for submission to the consultant or site.
Prepare B.O.Q. and supporting documents either for Variation Order or Monthly Progress Claim.
Site verification and field measurement for As- built drawing preparation.
Coordinate with Sub- Contractors and Suppliers involve in Plumbing issues.
Responsibility for Technical and Q.S. works for several projects where workload includes new detention building, shopping mall and residential/ commercial building for the supply delivery and installation of metal doors and ironmongeries.
Duties:
Preparing Progress Claim and Variation Orders Final Accounts and related documents for existing project.
Preparing BOQ, Cost Evaluation/ Quotation, Proposals for upcoming projects.
Generate shop drawings details and cutting list and schedule for fabrication of metal door.
Monitoring at workshop and fabrication and arrange documents for delivery upon approval and inspection of metal door.
