NATURE OF WORK:
Greet customers warmly and welcome them to the shop.
Deal with all inquiries in professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-
mail.
Place, cancel orders and resolve customer complaints.
Assist customer’s inquiries, refunds, or exchanges.
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
Act as the company gatekeeper.
Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions and attempt to persuade customer to reconsider
cancellation.
Inform customer of deals and promotions.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
