(a)-Lead the Design Team and work on Concept and Designing, Spaceplanning, , presentation, details, submissiondrawingand shop drawing etc.
(b)-Knowledge of joinery details .
(c)-Meeting with client and determination their requirement for design
development and implementation within the client budget . (d)-Preparing mood board, material sample board taking approvals. (e)-Lead multiple design projects of various scope.
(f)-Confer with engineers and the Projects Architect on overall program. (g)Select and estimate material requirements and costs, and present
design to client for approval.
(h)Select or design furnishings and select fabrication, installation, and
arrangement of carpeting, fixtures, accessories, draperies, paint and
wall-coverings, art work, and other related items.
(i) Deal with subcontractor and materials supplier.
(j) Visit site to ensure compliance with specifications, approve quality of
materials and work, and advise contractors.
2 APPROVAL:-
(a)- Knowledge of all type submission like mall submission, municipality submission(DM), civil defense submission(DCD), jafza, Tecom etc
(b)-Coordination with site foreman, site engineer to prepare as built-drawings.

1- DESIGN:(a)-Prepare
Concept and Designing, Space planning, visualizing (3D),
presentation, details, submission drawing and shop drawing etc.

built-drawings.
4- Coordination with MEP subcontractors to get drawing and make
changes to submit to client.
5- Site survey for designing.
6 - Maintaining drawings standard.
