* Plan and build effective co-ordination of individual flight handling activities in accordance
with the Precision Timing Schedule where applicable.
* Monitoring and Taking ownership of on-time departure.
* Based on the ETA/ETD monitor the flights on the Radar and GMR to ensure the
movement message on time as per the agreed standards.
* Retrieve and action special requests pertaining to both, arrival and departure of the flight
such as expected transfer load / Technical requests / Additional manpower /
Equipments / Catering / Fueling requests/ Special Handling requests
* Action on unexpected situations such as Ramp Return/ Air Return / Diversions / AOG /
Aircraft Damage / Medical Emergency
* Record the flight crew request, dispatcher request on common VHF channel and action
the same.
* Plan the bay allocations for the arrival and departure flights including critical flights by
liaising with DA Civil Aviation and ensure that the airline needs are met as much as
possible.

* Check-in
* Boarding Gates
* Ramp/Chalet
* Transfer desk
OTHER
* Co-ordination with external departments and service providers on transportation
activities for change in schedule, pick-up and drop-off time etc.
* Ensure the service providers have understood the requirement/request clearly and
adequate resources are available with him
* Receive operations report on transportation activities and any other required report on a
daily basis.
* Maintain the record of all the schedules, trip undertake, scheduled and unscheduled
both for further analysis ad exception report to be taken every month
* To conduct spot checks on the site to verify usage of the vehicles, cleanliness, drivers
uniform, punctuality etc.
