1. Ensure VR, arcade, ride, softplay, redemption game machines are properly working prior shipment to customers. Set-up machine interface and operation per customer requirements.
2. Responsible in identifying of spare parts needed for the machines. Report to proper departments when orders are need to be made.

1. Conduct labor costing on incoming/new products to be use for product quotation.
2. Handles day to day operational aspects of a project(s) including assigned activities of project team members.
3. Responsible in generating process documentation of new incoming products such as PFMEA, Process/Work instructions, M/C parameter optimization, review of technical and product drawings, procedures and generation of process improvements, cost efficient projects and development of innovative solutions. Responsible for the review and determination of the necessary equipments or machines needed to produce a new product and which will be deployed in the line.
4. Generates actual process line lay-out and process flow using AUTOCAD/COCREATE softwares of new product lines, Generation of packaging drawings using Siemens UG NX software for new products.
Handles the Project Authorization Request for a particular product line to be introduced or transfer in the plant.
5. Performs cycle time analysis, determination of bottleneck process and implement counter-measures on the assigned project/NPI (e.g. line balancing).
6. Responsible in BOM list creation and Routings (Process flow assertion) of new products which will be loaded in SAP and use for cost declaration.
7. Responsible in production of First Article Inspection samples for new products, verify correct procedure/process and ensure that requirements for the product are being met.
8. Foster best practice discussions among project team members and facility users to realize process improvements and cost saving opportunities.
9. Handles project with minimal supervision. Track project milestone and deliverables.
10. Ensure process/product engineering activities are conducted and documented in accordance with documented procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
11. Ensure proper endorsement sign off for all NPI/product transfer to production for mass production. Ensure projects are completed on time based on the derived timing plan.
12. Coordinate with different suppliers and fabricators for the procurement and development of appropriate machines, jigs/fixtures, toolings, realization of process improvements and cost saving opportunities which can be helpful for the process of new products in preparation for mass production mode.
Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for processes, materials, and products.
Acts as internal quality auditor for ISO and responsible for handling all product-related customer complains.
Coordinate with the suppliers to ensure high quality products and coordinate supplier corrective action request.
Implement and make work instructions and quality inspection guidelines for the products and on the components/parts of the product. Work instructions and inspection guides for both In-process and out-going QC/QA.
Validate/Verify units for customer acceptability and reject during and after assembly/production (PCBA, Molded units, Finished products).
Conduct evaluation and analysis on the units/components to be use on the products to make sure that high quality product are being produced.
Participate in complaint investigations by customers and issues resulting in a stop ship/ stop production. Provide reports (8Ds and verification reports), analysis and make recommendations about the findings.
Performs profiling on reflow and wave soldering machines for qualification purposes prior mass production.
Review the work of IQC (Incoming Quality Control), drawings, manufacturing specifications and different documents about our products that are being issued by customers and controlled by the DCC (Document Controller).
Familiar with different measuring tools and testing, vernier caliper, measuring microscope/OGP, torque meter, light meter, multimeter, pullgauge testing, brittle fracture testing, luminance test and testing on different electronic components that are being use in Incoming Quality Control checking and In-process qualification.
Installation and termination of CCTV systems (Analog and IP/PoE cameras) and Access Control panel systems (RF ID cards and Fingerprints) on site.
Maintenance and fault calls on CCTV and access control systems.
Installation and testing of structured cabling systems
Install all client’s desktop and make sure CCTV and Access control programs are running well
Responsible for implement any required modification from the client (add/remove/disable camera/access cards)
Train CCTV and Access control operators on its functions and provide manuals and procedures when needed.

Constant coordination with the Network and Storage team to ensure that all connections and data security are regularly checked.
