Job Role:

Job Role:
1. Technical support for the Maintenance work for all factory machines.
2. Supervise execution of the corrective actions to minimize machines stoppages.
3. Prepare the annual preventive maintenance plan by coordinating with production planning department.
4. Prepare a list of the required mechanical spare parts for all the assigned machines every year and execute the plan according to the approved budget.
5. Follow up the Procurement Orders with the Purchase Department.
6. Training new engineers on mechanical maintenance work.
Job Role:
1. Commissioning, service, and troubleshooting of high-speed separators for food application.
2. Commissioning, service, and troubleshooting of decanters for waste water and food application.
3. On-site service and troubleshooting of plate heat exchangers.
4. Training customer crew on operation of Alfa Laval equipment.
5. Troubleshooting of electrical / PLC controls associated with Alfa Laval equipment.
Duration: January 2017 - May 2019
1. Supervise the Maintenance work for all factory machines.
2. Write daily reports for maintenance work.
3. Specify the quantity and specifications of needed spare parts, and make a plan for the purchase of spare parts unavailable.
4. Make Engineering Drawings for the manufactured Spare Parts.
5. Put the typical rate for deprecation of material and spare parts to ensure the efficient use of it.
6. Do the work orders of the mechanical section on the SAP system.
7. Supervise the construction team in some constructions as the factory adding new production lines.
Duration: February 2015 - January 2017
1. In charge of the Lubrication plan for all factory machines.
2. Check and Write a daily status report for Extruder, Vacuum Filters, and centrifugal separator.
3. Conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates.
