Ensure proper operation and maintenance and troubleshooting of all hardware and software located in the store.
o Troubleshoots hardware and software problems.
o Checking POS (Point of Sales) machines, price checkers, scales and Networks.
o Responsible in updating shelf and scale prices on daily basis.
o Responsible in creating and modifying user and E-mail accounts for newly joined or transferred staff with managerial positions.
o Prepare daily reports like daily sales report for the store and segregate by Departments.
o Update I.T files and Folders on daily basis.

o Responsible for selling premium brands of Laptops, Mobile phones and gadgets.
o Responsible for solving technical problem pertaining to after sales.
