• Dedicated work on full operations and technical maintenance of all multimedia assets under the Multimedia Department, The Dubai Mall - assets includes LCD Touchscreen Directories and LCD Revenue Screens, SCALA PC Players and Server, Daktronics LED Link Bridge Screens (Indoor), Daktronics LED Grand Drive Banner Screens (Outdoor), BARCO LED Fashion Catwalk Rings and Media Columns, BARCO LED Ice Rink Screen, BARCO LED Travellator Screens (Outdoor), BARCO LED Boulevard Screens (Outdoor), BARCO LED Meadows Screens (Outdoor), LED Fashion Catwalk Floor, LCD Lift Lobby Screens, Different LCD/LED Screen Displays, Mall Background Music Speakers (BGM), Martin Lights and Console
• Supervise and check all the Contractors task for ongoing AV projects, installations and maintenance work
• Assisting the Contractors for ongoing AV projects and installations if they need so
• Analyze and troubleshoot problems of all BARCO LED screen displays
• Doing all the replacements of faulty LED Modules/Tiles, Power Supplies, String Cables, Fiber optic transmitters/receivers, Digitizers and others as needed of LED Wall screen displays
• Performs the calibration of all LED screen display and corrections
• Technical works in the IT Risers (IDF Room) for fixing video signals, replacing faulty devices such as INFINIA Receiver (Fiber to DVI), PureLink Converter (DVI to VGA), Octet Receiver (VGA to Cat5) and network switch that may arise
• Working on a daily basis inside the Multimedia Control Room for all the execution of controls of all video advertising screens, martin lights and mall background music.
• Making sure that all the AV equipment and devices inside the Multimedia Control rack room are all operational and in good working condition
• Designed and created the E-Directory Local Area Connection (LAN) with all of its Routing protocols and commands
• Configuration, Installation, Calibration and Test of LCD Touch Screen Directories, BARCO LED Systems (Indoor/Outdoor), LED Link Bridge Korea - LVP Studio, Different LCD Displays
• Works on different Multimedia software such as BARCO Director Toolset (operates all BARCO LED Screens), BARCO RMS LED (controls the light ambient of BARCO LED Screens - outdoor), NTI LED Temperature Sensor, Scala Content Manager Server PC, IMAP Location Management System, WAVEX Touch Screen USB Control, X2O Media Display Content Server PC, XINC, Dataton Watchout Production Software, Chameleon Stage Technology, LVP Studio, Mule Music, Pandora, VNC, Team Viewer
• Ensures that all Audio Visual equipments are utilized and operate well according to Management standards
• Carrying proper preventive and scheduled maintenance to avoid breakdown during operations
• Troubleshoot and create timely solution to AV issue that arises
• Made the necessary upgrades and improvement to make a world class up to date and quality Audio Visual systems
• Ingesting all the mall content displays on Watchout and X20 media server, making sure that all these contents are playing in a proper display position/locations
• Assist the work installation of preparing sound set-up for live events on site
• Helps in replacing faulty martin lights and some of its maintenance task
• Attends all possible breakdown of Multimedia system and fix the issue at the earliest time
• Submits every day the daily mall inspection reports and forms, updating file records and sending daily report emails to the Manager of Multimedia Department
• Handles all technical work aspect of Multimedia Department, The Dubai Mall
• Performs all our AV maintenance and installation work at night (after mall operation) following all the safety rules and regulations coming from the mall management otherwise stop and would not allow to execute the work
• Deals on all AV materials in the storeroom
• To meet the required setup during special shows and broadcasting
• Working on a weekly shifting schedule for mall operations and maintenance
• Installation and configuration of media software (omni ticker, c-scape, telefax ims)
• Installation and configuration of audio video software. ( wings platinum, signagelive )
• Technical and sales support of LED screen display system, LCD modules, audio visual set-up and components, projectors, projector screens including Automatic/Manual, AV Integration
• Performs maintenance of all existing clients’ LED screen displays, LED ticker tapes and projectors

• Addresses client problems and concerns on their KONICA-MINOLTA photocopying machines

• Giving advice to clients for possible spare parts replacement
• Provides technical documentation assessment based on actual investigations
• Prepares and submit quotation for parts replacements
• Advise and recommends for a better solution if the whole photocopying machine is good for replacement
