Worked with multiple business and technology VP/Director level individuals at a Fortune 500 hotel chain to deliver a secure payment solution critical to the protection of guest credit card data across all hotels. •Assisted the Director of Finance at a global manufacturing company with the audit of the Procure-to-Pay cycle as well as the assessment of supply chain and IT processes. The project enabled the organization to improve financial controls, security procedures and operational performance. Designed a complex enterprise data model and set up a large database using archives of past business transactions. Ran audit queries, analyzed processes, qualified/quantified improvement opportunities and led improvement projects.
•Assisted the Director of the call center outsourcing management team at a Fortune 1000 telecommunications company with the design and development of a decision-support tool enabling the forecast and monitoring of important metrics - call distribution ratios, service cost, customer satisfaction and off-shoring ratio - in order to improve the effectiveness of the global outsourcing program.
