• Proactively informed customers on shipment status, exceptions and provided immediate updates
• Traced and tracked shipments while coordinating door to door movements in collaboration with integrators and counterparts
• Managed third party inventory for AirGas while effecting prompt neutral distributions and deliveries
• Followed Onur Air cross trade PO for Aerospace shipments right up to final delivery in collaboration with oversea counterparts

• Maintained all purchasing order documents and records, stamped vendor invoices and reviewed complex requisitions
• Issued GRN and updated the system for global visibility as required.
• Resolved discrepancies between PO and invoice while maintaining professional relationships vendors.

• Prepared manifests showing baggage, mail, and freight weights, and transmit data to destinations.
• Inspected and counted items received and checked them against invoices or other documents, recording shortages and rejecting damaged goods.
• Notified consignees, passengers, or customers of the arrival of freight or baggage, and arrange for delivery.
• Kept records of all goods forwarded, received, and stored.
• Directed and participated in cargo loading to ensure completeness of load and even distribution of weight.
• Attached address labels, identification codes, and instructions to containers and loads.
• Personally delivered goods and mails to customers and made sure they acknowledged receipt.
