o Conducts the needed training courses for new employees, specific job related safety courses for all workers, and have it recorded for future references and corrective actions.
o Authorizes and certifies forklift drivers, HOT work related activities and making sure the implementation.
o Prepare and update all emergency preparedness plans including fire drills and conducts the necessary training courses related to emergency preparedness program.
o Conduct occupational health and safety and environmental internal audits of all AED facilities and coordinate with each factory managers for further control measures. It will be discussed during the monthly management meeting.
o Organize the fire brigade team on each factory to provide the readiness to all workers in case of emergency cases.
o Design, control, procurement and issuance of PPE’s and uniforms to all workers of AED.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Member of the pioneering batch of employees for JG Summit's
manufacturing converting plant. The company is the distributor of all
URC's (Universal Robina Corporation) packaging materials in the
Philippines and other branches outside the country. Responsibilities are: o Commissioning and testing of the following machines & equipment: • 8 Color Rotogravure Printing Machines
• Solvent Free Laminating Machines
• High Speed Slitting Machines
• High Speed Rewinders
• Industrial blowers and fans
• High Speed inspection machines
• 150Hp and 50Hp ATLAS COPCO Air Compressors
• YORK Air Cooled Water and Liquid Chillers
o Machine alignments, facility installations and testing, this includes the pumps, motors, blowers, gear boxes and all panel controls. Installation of
all types of transfer rollers, furnishing rollers, steel rollers, heating rollers,
pressure rollers for OPP press and alike.
o During operation, responsible for the maintenance and repair of all the equipment, after completing the number of hours in operation,
responsible for the filters and oil changes, gasket and separator
replacement, re-greasing and re-oiling of machine parts.
o Implementation of TPM procedures and maintenance corrective actions for all the equipment and utility equipment.
o Prepares and submits all related documents pertaining maintenance
department to all correspondences.
o If necessary, can operate the printing machines, turbo rewinders, high
speed slitting machines and inspection rewinders.
o Directly reporting to the production supervisor.
o All other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
