Duties and Responsibilities:

 Managing of Purchase Order Delivery and all the contractual documentation.
 Establishing call to the vendor that associated contractual documentation (technical and non-technical) is received by vendor.
 Managing technical document approval and ensuring production kicks off promptly upon approval of necessary documents.
 Reviewing vendor’s production schedule for any slippage to avoid compromising Require on Site dates.
 Reviewing vendor’s sub-order to ensure timely completion of delivery to its mill.
 Liaising with vendor and QC all matters related to inspection activities and ensures inspection notifications are issued timely to all parties involved in order to make sure the definition of inspection and testing plan is line with the contractual requirements.
 Visiting vendor premises to supervise the production activities.
 Managing deliveries of the materials and reviewing shipping documents prior the collection/delivery.
 Expediting the non-permanent materials deliveries as endorsed to supplier to ensure the lead time of each material as per agreement.
 Liaising to the vendor/concerned parties for all warehouse OSD and QC discrepancies.
 Preparing the weekly materials status report for progress tracking of deliverables permanent and non-permanent materials.
 Updating daily in SAP system for progress status.
 Perform another related to procurement and expediting task.
