Specification Compliance
Project management & Maintenance of Security of ELV & Automation
System, including system design, documentation, vendor coordination
and commissioning.
• Responsible for Project Management - Brining projects on time and
ahead of budget, controlling and monitoring of Subcontractor works,
site safety, final documentation and handing over.
• Managing Sub Contractor for Installation of Security and ELV system.
• Served as primary point of contact for support relating to solutions and
products.
• Working knowledge in preparation of BOQ, Technical Specification,
Estimation and Procurement.
• Knowledge in IT Procurement and maintaining relationship with local
vendors in IT & CCTV Surveillance System Industry
Responsible for working closely with end client on various ELV
Engineering integration program, creating detailed plans,
monitoring/updating progress, critical path analysis, earned value
analysis and so on.
• Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed
budgets
• Supervising Projects: including in house, external contractors and subcontractors
• Attending meetings and competently communicate with clients,
contractors, major asset owners, and other stakeholders
• Setting out project works in accordance with drawings & specification
• Producing and processing financial measurements
• Maintenance of daily records
• Implement company policies, government policies and other policies
related to system integration.
• Liaised with company executives and project managers to acquire
resources to move projects forward
Design of ELV system as per drawings and site survey
