•Routine check- up of inductive and vibrations sensors at weigh-feeders (Limestone, Iron ore, Bauxite and Sand). Knowledge in Hasler SCM2 weigh-feeder controller.
•Routine calibration of Roto-Packing Haver & Boecker MECIII using standard test weight (50kgs).
•Monitoring of High and Low Level radiation source of silo bin and record information.
•Calibration of Weigh-feeders using Hasler SCM2 controller (Limestone, Iron ore, Bauxite and Sand).
•Maintenance of CNA, Scantech, ARL and Gamma X-rays.
•Termination of instrument cable at DCS (ABB Analog Input, Analog Output, Digital Input and Digital Output) panel including Profibus network and MODBUS.
•Making daily report in maintenance inspection, modification, rectification and upgrade of the system.

•Performed maintenance check-up of RTD motor winding, drive-end and non-drive end temperature and Thermocouples at Pre-heater and kiln area. Replacing of thermocouples and RTD if needed.
•Mounting and Testing of Digital I/O ABB DI811 & ABB DO 820, Analog I/O ABB AO 810 & AI 810 including measuring of analog I/O signal using Fluke Clamp milliammeter 773.
•Calibration and testing of radar type level sensor (siemens LR260), capacitance type (Endress and Hauser FMP40) and silo pilot (Endress and Hauser FMM760).
