•Repairing of Fiber Optic Cable (Singlemode & Multimode) using splicing machine FSM-60s.
•Termination of Fiber Optic connectors (SC & ST type) using Fiber Optic kit tools (FOS) including testing.
•Fiber Optics cable power loss test using OTDR Exfo FTB-200 and Fluke Versiv DSX 5000.
•Termination of Fiber Optic connectors to Ethernet switch, patch panel, media converters and DCS panels.

•Maintenance of Herzog and Polysius equipment / machine (Sample Capsule Receiving Station, Finemill and Press Machine) and sampling taking station outside the laboratory.
•Responsible in maintaining ABB automatic sampling picking-up robot including resetting if necessary.
•Calibration and testing of radar type level sensor (siemens LR260), capacitance type (endress and hauser FMP40) and silopilot (endress and hauser FMM760).
•Routine check- up of inductive and vibrations sensors at weigh-feeders (Limestone, Iron ore, Bauxite and Sand). Knowledge in Hasler SCM2 weigh-feeder controller.
•Routine calibration of Roto-Packing Haver & Boecker MECIII using standard test weight (50kgs).
•Monitoring of High and Low Level radiation source of silo bin and record information.
•Calibration of Weigh-feeders using Hasler SCM2 controller (Limestone, Iron ore, Bauxite and Sand).
•Maintenance of CNA, Scantech, ARL and Gamma X-rays.
•Termination of instrument cable at DCS (ABB Analog Input, Analog Output, Digital Input and Digital Output) panel including Profibus network and MODBUS.
•Making daily report in maintenance inspection, modification, rectification and upgrade of the system.
•Repairing of Bag Filter purging circuit if necessary and changing solenoid valve for defective coil and valves.
•Calibration and testing of Pressure, DP Transmitter, Temperature Transmitters, Flow Transmitters using Fluke 718 30G/100G, Fluke 725, 753 & 754, Thermocouples, RTD, Pressure Switches, Rotary Switches, Float Switches, Float Level Transmitter, Reed Switches, other analytical / laboratory instruments using Fluke 54 IIB and butterfly / control valves including MOV (Motorized Operating Valve)
•Performed maintenance check-up of RTD motor winding, drive-end and non-drive end temperature and Thermocouples at Pre-heater and kiln area. Replacing of thermocouples and RTD if needed.
•Mounting and Testing of Digital I/O ABB DI811 & ABB DO 820, Analog I/O ABB AO 810 & AI 810 including measuring of analog I/O signal using Fluke Clamp milliammeter 773.
•Calibration and testing of radar type level sensor (siemens LR260), capacitance type (Endress and Hauser FMP40) and silo pilot (Endress and Hauser FMM760).
•Routine check- up of inductive and capacitance type vibrations sensors at weigh-feeders (Limestone, Iron ore, Bauxite and Sand). Knowledge in Hasler SCM2 and Schenck weigh-feeder controller.
•Repairing of Bag Filter purging circuit if necessary and changing solenoid valve for defective coil and valves. Motorized Operating Valve maintenance check-up and position. Replacing Siemens PLC and Profibus-DP model 277 at Bag Filter Fan.
•Routine calibration and maintenance of Roto-Packing Ventomatic using standard test weight (50kgs).
•Termination of instrument cable at DCS (ABB Analog Input, Analog Output, Digital Input and Digital Output) panel including Profibus, FIELDBUS (Pepper and Fuchs), and MODBUS (Modicon) network.
•Maintaining ABB inlet and outlet analyzer of pre-heater for Carbon Monoxide and Oxygen monitoring.
•Calibration of Weigh-feeders using Hasler SCM2 and Schenk Disocont controller (Limestone, Iron ore, Clay and Sand). Checking of Speed Switch and loadcells.
