About the project:
The leading oilfield services company - SCHLUMBERGER - is developing the Middle
East Center for Reliability and Efficiency (MECRE). It comprises the construction of site development, site improvement works and construction of facility buildings with an area of 178, 000 m² to provide modern and adequate facilities for SCHLUMBERGER Operation in the Middle East especially in KSA.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager.
• Implement the QA/QC management system at site.
• Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
• Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action.
• Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan.
• Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel.
• Ensure the safety is adhered to at site.
• Coordinate with the site QC manager for the completion of as-built turnover documentation.
• Resolve any discrepancies between the completed milestone and quality documentation.
• Review supplier’s inspection and test plans against the milestone scope of work.
• Coordinate with the commissioning department to define the scope of work.
• Attend the weekly QA/QC, and commissioning meetings.
• Coordinate any inconsistencies with test packages with the field QC site inspectors.

• QA/QC ENGINEER
• Precast concrete units should be inspected according check list for the following phases: Precast Concrete Inspection Procedure. Precast units’ production. Precast units handling, storing and transportation. Erection of precast units. Final fixing and finishing.
• Organization of the site inspection and attendance of all site inspections and witnessing of consultant/client;
• Continuous monitoring of the site activities to prevent any double works or loss of time and material. Determine the defects before then the client and report to the QA/QC Manager for corrective actions;
• Registering of site inspections reports and test reports to the monitoring system and follow up the closure of the rejected inspection reports;
• Witness to the sampling and testing activities;
• Performing quality checks on the delivered construction materials and report immediately to QA/QC Manager in case of any defects detect in the delivery;
• Assist to the QA/QC Manager for the monitoring of Non-Conformances;
• Assist to the QA/QC Manager for the preparation of the material submittals;
• Assist to the QA/QC Manager for preparation of weekly Quality Performance Report of the project.
• Supervise all the products to be delivered and checks all if there is any change in architectural and structural elements.
• Supervise the projects and handle all the needs in those projects.
• Check all possible solutions when encounter minor/major problems in site/factory.
• Provides engineering support to all well services, work over, and horizontal side tracks. Assists in daily operations.
• Researches upcoming wells to anticipate potential problems. Attends meeting as a technical resource or to assist them in the execution of daily activities
• Check panels, molds and tables for leveling.
• Check all necessity for the quality of the products.
• Study architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Keep plans and documents for inspections.
• Coordinate with project engineer and project manager regarding the scopes of work of the project
• Undertake feasibility studies to assist in decisions about the worth of a project proceeding
• Talk to architects, engineers, builders, contractors, suppliers and project owners

• Supervise the projects and handle all the needs in those projects.
• Manage all the construction sites of the group company.
• Responsible for maintaining safety standards at the work site
• Provide direction and propose appropriate changes to the site plan.
• Manage worksite foremen and provide direction as deemed necessary
• Follow up with vendors and suppliers
