Responsible for 4 warehouses within the building (F&B, Maintenance, Receiving Consumable and Merchandise)
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse & monitor performance / quality standards.
Determine work procedures & expedite workflow.
Work with the Department Managers to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with other functions such as sales, Marketing, Operations & purchasing.
Participate in planning personnel safety & protection activities.
Implement cost reduction principle in all warehouse transactions and activities.
Improvement and development of warehouse Operation.
Promote constant motivation among staff for efficient and effective Warehouse administration
Minimize the Inventory Variance doing daily spot count for items issuances for previous day.
Set up layout and Space management, procedures and processes (SOP, forms, policies)
Ensure that the work place’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility of the stock.
Conduction daily briefings and Identify colleague’s requirements for Personal developments.

Holding the responsibilities of incoming materials warehouse such as Food & beverage, Merchandise, Maintenance and service consumable Items.
Posting import & local invoices in Eatec for Merchandise and F&B, Maximo for Maintenance and Oracle for Consumables, service items & purchase requisition & purchase orders using ERP Systems.
Posting all internal and external issuances using ERP systems.
Coordinating physically stock taking every month.
On time delivery’s for F&B outlets, Merchandise outlets and Maintenance works from the warehouse within 24 hours.
Use to work with 3 Ton & 5 Ton forklift
Holding the responsibilities of incoming and outgoing materials to the factory.
Maintain zero line idle time due to RM delay from warehouse to two production factories including one outstation factory for M&S, VS, and GAP, NEXT, TESCO and DIESEL buyers.
To make sure 2% over shipments for available RM from warehouse
Raising GRN for incoming & outgoing materials to warehouse
Receiving import & local materials though AS400 ERP system
Publish periodical stock report once in three month
Update AS400 system stock as per issues made though MRN
Implement and maintain 5S within the warehouse
Order reconciliation completed within a period of once week
Coordinating physical stock taking
Entering relevant stock data in to ARIZONA System
Verifying incoming & outgoing shipments according to relevant details
Creating GRN & RIR for incoming local & import items
Maintain records levels
FIFO Control of materials & consumables
Ensure 5S system implements
Use to work with 3 Ton & 5 Ton forklift
Verification of incoming & outgoing shipments
Issuing goods according to SRN
Handling stock level of materials, consumable, tool and according to the FIFO systems
Publishing of export & import shipments details
Updating of stocks ledger according to SRN/GRN using the TALLY system
Creating GRN for local & import stock items
Coordinating in physical stock taking
Packing of export shipments according to relevant details & publishing details USA, UK, SINGAPORE, DUABI, INDIA
Following 5S & ISO methods in Main Warehouse
