Ensure correct and timely certificate of conformity (CoC) issuance in relation to the productivity and quality targets of
the Certification and inspection Centers.
➢ Assess product and/or exporter risk levels, identification of product essential requirements and applicable standard
following the business rules on conformity assessment, classification, import eligibility and process flows, conformity
assessment instruction (CAIs), and other related references.
➢ Provides quality and technical-based opinion on product standards and product classification and certification.
➢ Assists in the resolution of standards, classification and certification cases and other requests and or inquires by
utilization of technical expertise on specific goods or commodity.
➢ Provides applicable product standards and classification opinion on the report based on business rules, using the SGS
propriety processing software-trade works and other similar or related references.
➢ Issues CoC’s based on business rules and conformity assessment instructions.
➢ Formulates conformity assessment instruction based on product safety and performance standards.
➢ Attends to all other operational concerns regarding report issuance which needs technical and experienced opinion.
➢ Audits the file administration, standard and classification of the reports to be issued.
➢ Provides timely and effective responses to the network in relation to inquiries concerning essential product
requirements, standard and classification and services request inquiries.
➢ Conducts comprehensive investigation and evaluation of files with standards and classification disputes.
➢ Elevates cases of non-response status or high-risk disputes to supervisor or management.
➢ Prepares technical position paper in defending standard selection and/or classification cases based on his findings.
➢ Interacts with other members of the products expert’s team, belong in the attainment of the terms objective.
➢ Application & Evaluation of ESMA and SASO application.
➢ Assist and participate of the company quality and safety management system ISO17065/17025/9001/45001.

1-FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS, 2- PRELIMINARY RISK ANALYSIS, 3- FMECA, 4- INTUITIVE USE TEST (AFFORDANCE), 5- TECHNICAL
BASIS FOR PRODUCT DESIGN, 6- ROBUST DESIGN FOR SAFETY, 7- ESTIMATED PROVISIONAL FAILURE RATE (TPP), 8- PRODUCT
ISO 9001/2015 creates, implement, follow up, improvement and lead newISO9001 system.
➢ Ensure compliance with EU environmental legislation IEC60335-1 for CE Mark and RoHS, REACH.
➢ Direct the tracking of defects, test results, or other regularly reported quality Assurance data.
➢ Minimize equipment downtime and life cycle costs (OEE, SMED, etc . as Groupe SEB standards)
➢ Samples Approved (First good samples & References samples).
➢ Training a team of lesson learned and safety requirements. OPS (operations performance system).
➢ Daily audit each 2 hour (keep sure system is implemented as planned, Technicians and Supervisor already have tasks is done).
➢ Data analyze and work on quality improvements. Maintain and create quality control reporting data quickly and
effectively. Check and design test tools for Machines, Equipment, Products, Etc.
➢ Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to Industrial management
➢ Annual Quality reports for Products and Machines (Quality Costs, Nonconforming percentage. Etc).
➢ Customer satisfaction survey to keep of Quality improvement.
➢ Organize QC inspection and lead a team of QC inspectors.

➢ Responsible of create Quality System (QSB) & keep updated. (Fast response, control of nonconforming, Standardized
operation \{5s, 7w, SOS, JES, Calibration & Gage control\}, FMEA, Error Proofing, Contamination Control, Supply Chain).
➢ ISO TS 16949 and QMS implemented responsibility and keep updated as quality assurance system needs.
➢ Update GM Customer Specifics - ISO/TS 16949 Including GM Specific Requirements for PPAP 4th Ed.
➢ Develop and improve methods for inspection, testing, and evaluations.
➢ Perform root cause analysis Corrective & Preventive action for defective.
➢ Forms and instructions for recording development, evaluating and reporting quality reliable data.
➢ Create, implement, and maintain Statistical Process Control tools (SPC). Evaluation of Quality Costs.
➢ Establish calibration plans to evaluate precision and accuracy of measuring equipment’s and testing.

➢ Create Quality System training program and Training workers of engaged in measuring and testing products.
➢ Implement containment and corrective action to rectify customer`s problems, 8D, Red X, 5 Whys …etc.
➢ Work with HSE team of all Documents related (permits, licenses, records, reports, corrective action, etc.).
➢ Participation of incident investigations and generate lesson learned / preventative measures reports.
