As an accountant at the finance department, i was handling the real estate projects, constructions, operations of the company new buildings of projects in process, all operations such as payments to contractors, suppliers & contracting companies building our new projects and towers also bank accounts reconciliations including credit facilities financing approvals and payments with banks, portfolio’s investment and management, , also I'm in charge of all the company’s outgoing payment through the several bank accounts by all means, on the other hand i follow up rents from tenants with the assets department cash payment, deposits with banks, insurance deposit, maintenance of the buildings vouchers and replenish their cash and final report to portfolio owners and our buildings rent income.
Joined Watheeqa as Compliance & Reporting Manager I was in charge of monitoring the compliance side of the company’s commitment and discipline to Central Bank of Kuwait & Kuwait Stock Exchange instructions and regulation, anti-money laundry, after one year time I was assigned the Operations department, am in charge of the Central bank of Kuwait KSE & CMA reports my task involves the supervision and creation of all the reports to Central Bank of Kuwait the company's financials, activities &credit facilities monthly, quarterly & annually . Plus related matters, my task also involves the reports & disclosures to Kuwait stock exchange market I should answer and report queries to the higher management and via versa. On the other hand am also managing the clients portfolio which is worth of 54 millions KWD within the company my task involves all activities such as trading of stocks back
office settlements and daily activities, reconciliations, bank accounts and reporting to clients on monthly basis or as needed, nevertheless I am also in charge of Murabaha, lease plus Tawaruq activities of the company operations. Coordination with the external audit team for completing the ICR report to CBK, together with the CBK, CMA& KSE inspection teams.

Analyzing the financial statements of banks/ financial institutions along with country risk by allocating countries exposures ceiling and extending credit lines to our correspondents.
Supervising the banks international business (L/C’s, L/G’s).
Supervising the process of issuing and signing the memorandum together with agreements such as credit facility or speed cash with our correspondent’s abroad.
