Performance Planning

•Develop business projections and recommend organizational targets
•Develop appropriate performance measures to monitor organizational performance
•Set and communicate performance management guidelines and reporting across corporate NWC & CBUs
• Monitor the adherence of NWC branches to the corporate performance standards and targets
• Report variances from plans and sets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Investigate poor performance & recommend remedies and monitor improvement initiatives
• Collect, organize and analyze information required for strategic planning in liaison with the various divisions at corporate and CBUs
•Use tools to analyze data and determine impact of performance on the business
•Facilitate periodic review of assets along with the top management
•Study impact of business strategy on organization and recommend ways of optimizing costs
•Collect KPIs and information and prepare needed reports as needed to support decision making
•Prepare NWC Board of Directors KPIs
•Prepare NWC annual report
•Review of CBUs management contract yearly reports, KPIs and deliverables
•Work on Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) & Operational Expenditure (OPEX) requirements with infrastructure growth

Special Assignment, National Long Term Plan:

This is a national long term plan (LTP) for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia requirement of water, electricity and fuel until 2040.

This national LTP is consisting of 6 government and semi-government entities, sponsored by Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources and led by Electricity & Co-generation Regulatory Authority (ECRA), and this is 2 years project.

I am representing the water sector section from National Water Company.

•Clearly define the strategic objectives
•Definition of universally valid criteria for project selection (strategic fit, urgency, ease of implementation etc.)
•Simplify the objectives & deliverables for the programs / projects

•Provide expert advise to the program manager, project manager and project team (best practice know how and experience) as required to realize their projects successfully
