 (BI and Data warehousing)
• Develop and maintain business object and SQL Reports to fulfil business requirements and management reports.
• Develop and maintain Business Object universes to achieve the highest ease of developing reports by End-Users as well as reports developers.
• develop all the business objects according to the needs as well as requirements of the clients
• Create and maintain required views, stored procedures, DTS and SSIS for reporting and data migration.
• Support data migration process and take proper actions to finish the data migration on time and find the best practice.
• Support head office finance team for any issues in JVs creation or GL closing and trace the problem back to their source.
• Coordinate and follow-up with L2 support Engineers of any fault in our ETL Processes.
• Work with the development team for achieving best logical and physical database design. While considering performance and ease of use in mind.
• Educate fellow associates on new and trending best practices; use contemporary Anti-Pattern in the Application to highlight the difference between best practices.
• Discuss and communicate the vision, strategy, upgrade strategy, and new releases in the database environment to better support the enterprise database environment.
• Coordinate with operation to immediately rectify any Enterprise outage (server not available, users don’t haves access etc…) in the BI/reports area.
• Effectively communicates and handle end user queries and support issues.
• Being a BI team member collaborates with, understands business goals and direction, and translates to information architectural decisions.
• Analyze current practices, Technology, processes and procedures and identify opportunities for enhanced database management to improve effective service delivery.
• Responsible for automating tasks to save resources time and effort by avoid doing routine manual task. Implementation of tools to ease operational pain points.
• Develops innovative solutions to undefined information needs
• Pursues internal opportunities to become expert in new ideas and concepts and suggest the information design of highly complex systems.
• Evaluate new software -> reporting tools, integration tools, and performance tools

 (Data analysis)
• Solid understanding of Algorithms Like Regression, Classification, Clustering, Association Rules
• Solid understanding of business process optimization using a data-driven approach
• Understanding business needs and the ability to deliver simple and quick solution
• Ability to work through ambiguity and complexity
• Identify, analyses, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using Machine Learning Techniques
• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Use Statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business report
• Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment
• Identify and recommend new ways to save money by streamlining business processes
• Use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole
• Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis project
• Work with Marketing Team to make predictive customer analysis
• Work with Marketing team to perform the monthly campaign

Receiving problems from first level support and solve it
•Fix daily data quality report by fixing the corrupted data in database
•monitor the hourly packages that load data from OLTP to Data Warehouse and fix issues if it is stopped
•solve all issues face the finance team to load data from Data warehouse to oracle in term of general ledger
•support the finance team in reconciling general ledger to the reports
•Develop and maintain business object and SQL Reports to fulfil business requirements and management reports
•Co-ordinate with the development team to solve all bugs appear in the system.

Receiving calls and mails from branches about their problems in the system.
•opening tasks in visual studio team services (VSTS) by the problem.
•solve the problems if it is from my authority level.
•raise the problem to the second level support if it is related to corruption entry in database or bug from the system.
•co-ordinate with the second level support to solve all issues pending in system.
•support branches at the end of each month to close the period.
•support the finance team during month closing to transfer data in shape of general ledger.
•training the branches user and finance team at the system.
