*Work closely with the production planners to get the material requirements and issue the planned orders.
*Performing a monthly M.R.P. study for the released M.P.S.
*Plan raw material and corresponding packaging supply.
*Create the purchase orders for all materials we need according to the plan.
*Monitoring open orders with purchasing.
*Monitored stock levels and maintained optimum business level; interfaced with production and consumption points to maintain min. stock levels.
*Coordinate with the warehousing team to manage the shipment receiving.
*Follow up new products with engineering dept. & preparing the schedule.
*Preparing weekly & monthly reports (Purchase orders follow up, material Forecast).
*Data analysis: over, dead & slow moving items.
*Data analysis: Studying to use alternative for materials to decrease the dead stock.
*Releasing mfg. orders for finished product from the mfg. cells.
*Update records and reports on a regular basis.
*SAP user.

*Coordinate yearly/quarterly with sales department to receive sales forecast plan and transfer it to material requirements.
*Performing a monthly M.R.P. study for the released M.P.S.
*Issuing the recommended purchase orders based on the M.R.P.
*Recommend changes to inventory levels based on supply/demand analysis.
*Coordinate weekly Planning meetings with (Production Planner, Planning Manager and Purchasing Manager) for reviewing material availability and pending purchase requests to ensure hiring the materials on time.
*Specifying the materials delivery dates for the received tenders.
*Identify and report the causes of delays and determine appropriate corrective actions.
*Review stocks on a daily basis for all material types on our plants and work to eliminate the material aging.
*Conduct regular meetings with production to address all open issues.
