Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and training, development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, labor relations, completing personnel transactions.
Recruit and interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
Prepares or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.

Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints.
Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

Manage recruitment and selection of all new Company employees

Manage all redundancy situations including calculations, financial
guidance and communications to affected employees.

Coordinate/conduct pre-screen interviews.
Provide support of new hire on-boarding process.
