following Preventive maintenance documents and performing the maintenance on sites.
Taking corrective actions to the defective items.
Performing monthly report.
Managing the site and its requirements from items related to the maintenance and items related to workers and offices.
Responsible for maintaining the BMS system ( WebCtrl) and renovating it.
Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
Preparing technical quotations.
Preparing technical submittals.
Negotiating tender and contract terms.
Offering after-sales support services.
Preparing reports for head office.
Responsible for: corrective action and preventive action plan and follow up; identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions; determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it; repairing machines or systems using the needed tools; responding immediately to equipment breakdowns; ensures that equipment is performing effectively and efficiently;writing management and technical reports.

Providing solutions for the problems at site.
Maintaining and preparing as built documents.
Establish internal plans for achieving orders and deliver them on time.
Handing over the completed jobs to the consultant.
Review clams and variation order.
Providing standoff requirements of materials and tools.
Accuracy and conformance to standers and specifications.
Connect the machines to BMS.
Execute safety programs for location and minimize company safety losses
