My major achievement thus far is the restructure of the region, creating synergy among 38 staff force and other business partner units to boost a bottom line in excess of AED 700 M. while maintaining a clean assets portfolio in excess of AED 15 billion. Introduced a new concept of “Business Development Team”, changed existing roles of the Relationship Managers and participated in reshaping the strategy of corporate banking towards penetrating the market.
