1. Lead remote team of 9 members. (different timezones)
2. Create Release and Iteration Plans.
3. Create Work Break-down Structure and assign stories to the team.
4. Clarify requirements via communication with business team.
5. Create requirements documentation (Use cases, Work flow..etc)
6. Create High level and low level design (with UML diagrams)
7. Participate in some of implementation stories.
8. Do audits for each production deployment to make management confident of what will be deployed on production.
9. Code and data analysis for production defects.
10. Support external teams by answering questions or joining their meetings.
11. Participate in transforming our agile team to operate in DevOps.
1. Create high and low level design artifacts.
2. Implement requirements according to approved design.
3. Participate in deployment activities.
4. Resolve conflicts between Solution architect and Offshore team.
5. Support onshore and offfshore testing team during testing the new requirements.
6. Resolve defects found by testing team.
