throughout weekly visits to sites.
Studying and approving workshop architecture drawing.
Studying and approving distribution of plumbing and electrical
as well as A/C drawings to avoid any conflict or contradictions.
Preparing and signing contracts for sub-contractors
Studying and approving sub-contractors invoices and payment
certificates prepared by project engineers.
Managing construction projects of the company in Hurghada, directing projects managers, preparing subcontracts, supervising invoices made by site engineers, , , , etc
• Architectural designs of Hotels & resorts in Hurghada and
complete interior design .
• Supervising construction of these Hotels up to the last
finishing stage.
• Modifications of architectural design and interior design for
resort areas including:
Entrance, Lobby lounge, Guest rooms, Guest suites, English
Pub, 24 hrs Bar, Discotheque, Restaurant, Pizzeria, Ballroom
and Swimming Pool area.
( Grand Hotel, Shedwan, Sonesta, El-Lasha....)
• Interior designs of Floating Hotels for Nile cruise and
complete interior design .
• Supervising construction of these Hotels up to the last
finishing stage.

• Architectural designs of Office Buildings and complete interior
design.
• Supervising construction of these office buildings up to the
last finishing stage.
