Call Management: Answer inbound calls to address inquiries and complaints, or
make outbound calls for sales or survey purposes.
Problem Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions or
suitable alternatives, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Data Documentation: Accurately record details ofeach call and update
customer data in CRM systems.
Technical and Customer Support: Provide accurate information about products,
pricing, and offers, and assist customers with order tracking or payment
processing.

Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales
strategies to achieve targets.
Supervision: Lead the sales team on a daily basis, train new employees, and
ensure everyone adheres to company standards.
Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer complaints and resolve
complex issues to ensure their satisfaction.
Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, prepare periodic reports
(daily/monthly), and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Goal Achievement: Set and monitor individual and team sales targets to reach
the targeted sales share.
Inventory Management: Coordinate product displays and verify stock
availability.

Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure the readiness ofemergency equipment,
oxygen, and fire extinguishers.
Explain safety procedures (Safety Demonstration) to passengers and ensure
seatbelts are fastened.
Secur the cabin and store hand luggage safely before takeoffand landing.
Handle emergency situations (evacuation, first aid) calmly and professionally.
Greet passengers upon boarding and assist them in finding their seats.
Serve beverages and meals, and sell duty-free items.
Attend to the needs of passengers, especiallythose with disabilities, children,
and the elderly.
Answer passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about the flight.
Write reports on any observations or problems that occur during the flight.
Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness ofthe aircraft cabin and lavatories.
